How Can We Help?
Turnitin Help
To use Turnitin on Blackboard, you usually submit assignments through a special Turnitin-enabled link your instructor sets up. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
✅ How to Submit an Assignment with Turnitin on Blackboard
🔹 1. Log in to Blackboard
- Go to your school’s Blackboard login page and enter your credentials.
🔹 2. Go to Your Course
- From the dashboard, select the course where the assignment is posted.
🔹 3. Find the Turnitin Assignment
- Look for a section labeled something like:
- “Assignments”
- “Module X”
- “Turnitin Submissions”
- Turnitin assignments will often have a unique icon or say “View/Complete”.
🔹 4. Click the Turnitin Assignment Link
- This opens a new window or embedded view to Turnitin.
🔹 5. Submit Your Paper
- Click “Upload Submission” or “Submit File”.
- Fill in the submission title and upload your document (Word, PDF, etc.).
- Click “Upload”, review the preview, then click “Confirm”.
🔹 6. Check Submission Confirmation
- You’ll see a confirmation screen and get a digital receipt.
- You may also receive a confirmation email.
📊 Viewing Your Similarity Report
- After submission, Turnitin generates a Similarity Report (usually within 5–30 minutes).
- Go back to the assignment link later and click “View” to see the report, if your instructor has allowed it.
📝 Tips
- Only submit final versions—Turnitin may store them in its database.
- If resubmissions are allowed, you’ll see the option and can upload again (check assignment settings or ask your instructor).
