Why am I unable to proceed with application after payment?

If you are experiencing difficulties with your application after making payment, please don’t panic. After payment is made via PayGate, it may take more than 24 hours for the payment to reflect on the system. During this time, the system may not allow you to continue with your application. Please note that this delay is common and usually resolves once the payment reflects on the system.
